School Surfing

Offering a learn to surf experience for school groups. With all our coaches having incredible surf knowledge, Surfing Australia qualifications, years of experience surfing and the excitement to help you get to your feet and riding those waves. 

Each lesson you will learn the correct ‘pop-up’ technique, how to ride a wave with the correct technique, how to wipe out safely, enter and exit the water, how to identify broken and unbroken waves. Each participant is able to go at their own level and pace, with our qualified instructors. 

Each lesson we will include a rash vest, wetsuit, soft surf board, leg rope and sunscreen. 

* Please note that ALL bookings require a MINIMUM OF 24 hours’ notice for cancellation in order to receive a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the total booking amount. Failure to give notice OR failure to show up will result in a 100% forfeit of the lesson fees (this is due to our inability to fill the slots). This policy is in place to help us manage our schedule and accommodate all clients effectively. We appreciate your understanding.

*At the Philippa Anderson Surf School , we run lessons in all weather conditions providing it is safe to do so. If the surf/ weather conditions are unsafe by the elements of Mother Nature, we will cancel the lesson. You can reschedule at a later date or receive a full refund (please expect 1-2 days).
